    However, exchanges may be requested under the following conditions:

    • The exchange request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

    • Only size exchanges are permitted.

    • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.

    In the event of a manufacturing defect, Maison Apollo Secret will offer an exchange or a refund after inspection.

    All exchange requests must be approved by our customer care team prior to return shipment.
