SHIPPING POLICY

1. General Information

Maison Apollo Secret ships internationally and takes great care in preparing, packaging, and dispatching each order.

All orders are handled with discretion and attention to detail, in keeping with the standards of a luxury house.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within the timeframe indicated on the product page.

As many Maison Apollo Secret pieces are produced in limited quantities and may be handcrafted or hand-finished, processing times may vary.

Estimated processing time:

  • 5 to 10 business days, unless otherwise stated

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Shipping Destinations

We ship to most international destinations.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact customer care for assistance.

4. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Maison Apollo Secret works with trusted international carriers to ensure reliable and secure delivery.

The available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout, depending on your location.

Delivery time estimates begin once the order has been dispatched.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on:

  • destination,

  • shipping method selected,

  • weight and value of the order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are provided for guidance only.

Maison Apollo Secret cannot guarantee delivery dates and shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs clearance,

  • carrier disruptions,

  • force majeure events.

7. Customs Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Maison Apollo Secret has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.

8. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • your tracking number,

  • carrier information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

9. Delivery Address & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Maison Apollo Secret shall not be liable for:

  • delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses,

  • orders returned to sender for this reason.

Additional shipping costs resulting from address errors may be charged to the customer.

10. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact customer care immediately and no later than 48 hours after delivery.

We may require:

  • photographs of the package and contents,

  • carrier documentation.

Maison Apollo Secret will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other solution.
