REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy

Maison Apollo Secret is committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Due to the exclusive, intimate, and limited-edition nature of many of our products, refunds are subject to strict conditions as outlined below.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in its entirety.

2. No Refunds on Intimate Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, refunds are not accepted on intimate products, including but not limited to:

  • underwear,

  • boxers,

  • intimate loungewear,

  • ritual or body-contact garments.

This policy applies even if the item has not been worn.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is defective due to a manufacturing fault

  • The item received is damaged during shipping

  • The item received is incorrect (wrong item sent)

Refund requests based on preference, sizing, color perception, or change of mind will not be accepted.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you believe your item is defective or damaged, you must contact customer care within 48 hours of delivery.

Your request must include:

  • your order number,

  • a clear description of the issue,

  • photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

Maison Apollo Secret reserves the right to inspect the item before approving any refund.

5. Refund Process

If a refund request is approved:

  • the item must be returned in its original condition,

  • unused, unwashed, and unaltered,

  • with all original packaging and tags intact.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, Maison Apollo Secret will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Processing time for refunds may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges vs. Refunds

In certain cases, and at our sole discretion, Maison Apollo Secret may offer an exchange instead of a refund.

Exchange conditions are governed by our Exchange & Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

8. Fraudulent or Abusive Requests

Maison Apollo Secret reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • suspected fraud,

  • abusive behavior,

  • repeated refund requests,

  • violation of our Terms & Conditions.
