For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “Maison Apollo Secret”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the brand and its operators.

Any reference to “you” or “the customer” refers to any person accessing the website or placing an order.

Many items are produced in limited editions or limited quantities. Once a product is sold out, it may not be restocked.

We reserve the right to:

  • limit quantities purchased per customer,

  • refuse bulk or abnormal orders,

  • discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

7. Orders and Contract Formation

An order placed on the website constitutes an offer to purchase.

The sale is deemed final only upon receipt of an order confirmation email sent by Maison Apollo Secret.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any order in cases including but not limited to:

  • product unavailability,

  • pricing or typographical errors,

  • payment issues,

  • suspected fraud or misuse,

  • abnormal purchasing behavior.

If payment has been processed for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.

8. Payment Terms

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment providers. Maison Apollo Secret does not store or have access to full payment details.

In the event of a payment refusal or chargeback, Maison Apollo Secret reserves the right to suspend the customer account and refuse future orders.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are indicated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • carrier delays,

  • customs inspections,

  • force majeure events.

Maison Apollo Secret shall not be held liable for delays beyond its control.

Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer upon delivery.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Hygiene Policy

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of many Maison Apollo Secret products, returns are strictly not accepted.

Exchanges may be granted only under the conditions described in our Exchange & Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for exchange.
